Quvee ("we", "our", "us") operates the Quvee mobile application and associated web services (collectively, the "Service"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our Service. Please read this policy carefully. If you disagree with its terms, please discontinue use of the Service.

2.1 Information You Provide
- Account data: name, email address, password (hashed), and optional profile information such as a username and avatar.
- Asset data: wine investment records you create, including titles, valuations, and photographs.
- Communications: messages you send via our in-app review system or support channels.
2.2 Information Collected Automatically
- Usage data: pages and features accessed, timestamps, and session duration.
- Device data: device type, operating system version, app version, and unique device identifiers.
- Crash reports: error logs and diagnostics collected to improve app stability.
2.3 Third-Party SDKs
The Service integrates the following third-party SDKs which may collect data independently under their own privacy policies:
- Expo / React Native: core runtime; no independent analytics collection.

3. How We Use Your Information

We retain your personal data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. Specifically:
- Account data: retained until account deletion is complete (up to 30 days after a verified deletion request).
- Usage logs & crash reports: retained for up to 90 days.
- Backup archives: may persist for up to 180 days after deletion.

7. Cookies & Tracking
The web dashboard uses only essential cookies required for authentication (HttpOnly session cookies). We do not use advertising or tracking cookies on the web. The mobile app does not use cookies.
8. Children's Privacy
The Service is not directed to individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from minors. If you become aware that a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us so we can delete it.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by updating the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, by sending an email notification.
