Last updated: 28 April 2026
This document also serves as the End-User License Agreement (EULA) for the Quvee mobile application.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using the Quvee application and related services ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. License Grant
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, Quvee grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for your personal, non-commercial purposes.
You may not: (a) sublicense, sell, or transfer the Service; (b) reverse-engineer or attempt to extract source code; (c) use the Service in any unlawful manner; or (d) use automated means to access the Service without our written consent.
3. Account Registration
You must register an account to use most features of the Service. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to keep your account credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
4. User Content
You retain ownership of the wine investment records, photographs, and other content you submit ("User Content"). By submitting User Content, you grant Quvee a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to host, display, and distribute your User Content solely to operate and improve the Service.
You represent that your User Content does not infringe any third-party rights and complies with all applicable laws.
5. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to:
- Post false, misleading, or fraudulent information.
- Harass, abuse, or harm other users.
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Service.
- Use the Service to transmit malware, spam, or unsolicited communications.
- Violate any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation.
6. Subscription & Payments
Certain features of the Service may require a paid subscription. Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis. You authorise Quvee (via the applicable app store payment provider) to charge your payment method for all fees incurred. All purchases are final unless required by law.
Auto-renewable subscriptions will renew automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period through your Apple ID or Google Play account settings.
7. Intellectual Property
All rights, title, and interest in and to the Service, including all trademarks, logos, and software, are and remain the exclusive property of Quvee. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use our intellectual property without our prior written consent.
8. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Quvee does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses.
The Service is a personal record-keeping tool. Nothing on the Service constitutes financial, investment, or legal advice. Quvee is not responsible for any investment decisions you make.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Quvee shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our aggregate liability shall not exceed the greater of (a) the fees you paid to Quvee in the 12 months preceding the claim or (b) USD $100.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties. You may terminate your account at any time via the account deletion page.
11. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Quvee is incorporated, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions.
12. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide at least 14 days' notice of material changes by updating the "Last updated" date and, where appropriate, by sending an in-app or email notification. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
